Who I Am

My name is Taylor Copp, and I’m a 20-something year old college student … and I have dreams of making it big one day.

I know, don’t we all. It’s a long shot, I get it.

I’m currently a student at Monmouth University in New Jersey, and I’m here for all the wrong reasons. I’m a hopeful up-and-coming writer, originally from New York City, with dreams of traveling across the country and one day eventually making it to Los Angeles.

But for now, I’m stuck working as a bank teller, going to college full-time and also living it up with my Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity brothers. I mean, I guess it isn’t so bad, but I’m far from where I want to be.

I used to be super outgoing, loud and obnoxious, but as I got older I learned it really isn’t socially acceptable to be like that anymore, and isn’t that a bummer. So naturally, I’ve become very reserved, always with headphones on; but I want to break out of the shell I’ve been hiding in for the last few years, so this blog will be my avenue.

So forgive me in advance if I come off too strong.

But since you’re reading this, let’s be social media pals! Connect with me through Twitter and cheers to a new friendship!
